- The dispenser can work synchronously with different pillow type packing machines. We can customize the machine in CW or CCW direction according to the deflector requirements.

Steps in the Operation of Dispensers for Reeling Oxygen Absorber
- Insert the power plug of the desktop dispenser into the AC voltage 220V socket, turn on the main switch and pay attention to the air pipe plug which needs to be correctly connected to the air source socket.
- Turn the air pressure knob to adjust the pointer of the air pressure gauge to "0" Kg/M㎡, screw down the lower cover of the glue cylinder, fill it with the glue to be used and then tighten the lower cover of the cylinder.
- With the controllers, select the dispensing stroke corresponding to the product.
- Insert the product to be dispensed correctly into the fixture of the dispenser and start the dispenser to verify that the dispensing path corresponds to the product.
- Turn the air pressure knob to adjust the pointer of the air pressure gauge to a suitable value. If the air pressure is high, the dispensing volume will be high. On the other hand, if it is low, the dispensing volume will be low.
- When the machine is finished, please turn off the power and air supply and then clean the glue dispensing channel.
