Last week, our team gathered at Yome's headquarters for three inspiring days of learning, reflection, and idea sharing. We reviewed our performance, achievements, and quality management so far this year, while discussing our goals and plans for the months ahead.
One of the highlights was "The Secret of Connection," a course delivered by an Erickson-Certified Professional Coach. The session helped us better understand ourselves, strengthen our connections with others, and discover new perspectives.
Another inspiring session explored how AI can empower our work. With guidance from a professional mentor, we learned how to integrate AI into our BRCGS and ISO 22000 management systems to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.
