We are pleased to recognize Lingling Kan for her exceptional contributions and longstanding dedication to YOME.
Lingling began her journey with YOME in 2015 on the production line. Through her strong work ethic and consistent performance, she was promoted to Quality Control Supervisor, and later advanced to Production Line Manager for our oxygen absorber division. In each role, she has demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
After pursuing new opportunities in 2022, Lingling chose to return to YOME with renewed appreciation for our mission and culture. Since rejoining the team, she has played a key role in elevating quality standards and operational efficiency to support our expanding global market.
Outside of work, Lingling is a devoted mother of two and brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does-including her passions for singing and cooking. Her positive energy and professionalism make her an invaluable member of our team.
